Role Function and Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, the Director, Business Process Improvement and Partnerships is a senior level position responsible for leading the Company's business process transformation through a combination of product, technology, service delivery, operational process improvements and strategic alliances. Consistent with the Company's grwoth strategy, the incumbent will work with senior management to identify and implement business improvement and growth initatives. This will include a focus on improving the current overall operational processes, leading major projects, product development and importantly, establishing alliances and partnerships with financial institutions, solution providers and businesses which will help drive revenue and excellence in the quality of services delivered.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Management in identifying key areas for business improvement; assess and provide recommendations including scope, plan, cost and benefits of successfully implementing initiatives. Lead key projects from inception through to implementation.
- Identify necessary resources to successfully complete key projects by attaining buy- in from employees of the Company. Execute initiates by leading and facilitating cross functional teams, develop and maintain expertise in continuous improvement.
- Assist the CEO and VP Operations/ Banking Relationships in establishing a global banking footprint to facilitate the growing needs of prospects and clients to move money expediently and cost effectively around the world (e.g. high volume/ low value payments).
- Assist the sales team by providing your technical, systems and operational FX expertise to assist in acquiring new clients by modeling business solutions from concept through to implementation.
- Continually follow market trends around the world to identify new relationship opportunities to generate revenue or cost savings through acquisition, partnerships and alliances. Provide leadership in sizing these opportunities for senior management and upon approval, manage the relationship through to fruition.
- Convince potential global partners of the value- added benefits of working together. Assist in structuring new agreements and negotiating a deal through to signed agreements. Identify market activities which potentially impact the Company’s performance and provide sound recommendations to continue our pace of growth.
- Optimize the value of existing alliances by ensuring we maximize the business opportunity. Actively identify new process improvements which will enhance the efficiency and ultimately overall profitability of the relationship. Identify and develop new solutions which will drive incremental profitability.
Competencies
- Initiate projects, mobilize resources, and manage execution through to completion (managing issues, risk and governance).
- Advanced business case development and operates with a strong understanding of the economics linking inputs to outputs and the value proposition of any work undertaken.

Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in a senior level capacity within the FX payments industry.
- Must have experience in FX operations, Treasury, Back-office systems and processes.
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management at a leadership level.
- Must have a clear understanding of the relationship between a Bank and a Money Services Business (MSB), including the flow of funds, account structure and payment methodologies.
- In depth knowledge of global banking environment and various high volume/ low value payment solutions (e.g. swift, EFT, SEPA, BACS, …)
- Leadership of multi-functional teams in a project environment. Strong understanding how the functional elements of a payments business fit together. Especially as it relates to client integration.
- Current understanding of the regulatory environment including; compliance, licensing, legal and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements of an MSB.
- Experience in leading new strategic partnership initiatives from identification to completion.
- At minimum, a University degree.

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve the regions revenue targets. The primary focus of the National Account Manager is to sustain and grow the usage of the company’s services within their region. In addition, this position will manage a regional team and help them achieve their targets.
This position requires the ability to analyze current environments, identify potential business opportunities, create a compelling business solution for prospects, implement the solution and to generate revenue.
