goals.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of the foreign exchange
market to provide relevant information to
clients.
Establish, secure, and manage customer
relationships with existing and potential
clients.
Process deals in the appropriate Cambridge
Trading Platform.
Manage and cultivate client loyalty through
proactive phone calls and responding to
customer inquiries.
Monitor account performance and activity.
Demonstrate sound understanding of Cambridge
technology in order to effectively support
clients.
Adherence to compliance obligations, company
risk management, Anti-Money Laundering and
all company policies.

Strong communication skills - verbal and

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Business,
Finance or Marketing or an equivalent combination
of knowledge, skills, abilities, education,
and experience.
Minimum 2 years experience managing customer
relationships and working with foreign exchange
or within the financial/banking industry.

As

North America – currently for the
Mid-Atlantic (Washington, DC/ Maryland)
regions to grow & expand the wholesale
foreign exchange services provided by Cambridge
Mercantile Corp.(U.S.A.). These positions
offer the selected candidates the opportunity
and exposure to work independently and to
interact with Senior Level Management.
Job Description:
· Selected candidates will be responsible
for identifying mid-sized companies with
foreign exchange requirements within their
sales territory and successfully market
the firm’s FX services to those companies.
The primary role is cold calling, meeting
potential clients, converting them into
active clients and then managing the relationship.
All trading and deal execution is done at
our Head Office. A full support team is
in place to ensure customer service is delivered.
