Fintech Support Administrator

As our business continues to grow, the Fintech Sales and Service team is well positioned to manage this increasing demand and provide assistance across Cambridge’s North American client base.  The Fintech Sales and Service Team are responsible for the long term transformation of Cambridge’s service delivery model and the Fintech Support Admin position is an internal and external support role for the Fintech Desk.  Together, the team is responsible for online set ups, updates and support, as well as training, implementation, integration, and on-going client relationship management. Working proactively to ensure all clients have access to our full suite of offerings, the Support role will assist the desk’s efforts to integrate technology with our client’s needs while differentiating Cambridge as a leader in international payments, technology, and foreign exchange risk management.

UX/UI Product Designer (Contract)

Business Unit: Information Technology

Reports to: Head of Product Delivery

The UX/UI Designer will be part of the key contributors in helping launch intuitive digital products that resonate with our user base in the FX and Payments space.  The ideal candidate will be able to break down a high-level idea/concept into detailed user workflows followed by wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. This individual will work closely with the product team to oversee the development journey from concept to launch, iterating designs as needed throughout the dev cycle.

This individual should have exceptionally strong analytical skills with the curiosity to find multiple solutions to a single user problem (at a time). Ideally, he/she should have a keen eye for detail in aesthetic and champion visual design principles.

This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to be extended to full-time.
